The tinctures did not seem to aggravate my candida. But I have had it for so long, probably since I began taking Antibiotics for Acne at age 12, well over 34 years ago. My Iridologist tells me I have it. It seems that I know I have had it when my symptoms start disappearing, like a decreased craving for sweets and breads.

Have you searched Anreas Moritz' site. He has some interesting thoughts on candida. He thinks it is due to heavy metal toxicity and that is why if one does not treat the source, the candida continues to return as it has with me for so many years.

He also recommends colonics several days after a Liver Flush to make sure one gets all the stones out. I have not done this, as I am not too keen on the very thought of it, so I will just keep doing what I have been doing, like the Colosan, or whatever. After my 4th flush, I must not have gotten all the stones out in a timely manner, as I sneezed and sneezed at everything until I did my 5th flush. Andreas warns about the stones staying in the colon and causing adverse reactions of this sort.
