More questions

Maybe the right question is:
If there is not duality, not good/bad etc, how can I trust Reiki?

If energy can be good or bad any side of the spectrum, how can a person be healed? The result could be anything, good or bad, it is just energy….
I could be healed or I could be hurt..
Am I right?
If God is all inside good and bad, how can I know that I can trust him or if the energy can be good or bad, how can I trust reiki? Be sure I do not want to experience anything bad ever again.

It is like with Zen, if anything can happen, it happens. I opened a door for vacuum and emptiness. It by itself could not be good or bad but for me it was a terrible experience that can make anybody to become insane.

But finally anything can be negative/positive: if I eat it can be good or terrible for my body. If I sleep it can be good or bad. Sex, etc: it depends on the degree the experience and the balance we have between that particular experience and everything else.

There are emotions. People can feel love or hate. People can envy or be generous. There are actions and consequences. If I feel love I am very different if I feel anger or fear. And I prefer good, love, peace than bad, hate, anxiety, fear.

How can you heal people through energy? Can you balance the duality to go to the positive side, to be love instead fear? Is it a property of the energy? Is it because it comes from God?
If there are spirits, and they can be anything, good or bad as part of the same thing, how can I trust them?

What about consciousness?
