Have you taken a look at how your parents relationship was?
We do pattern ourselves, by how our parents were in a relationship.
Was either parent a perfectionist.
Maybe your are looking for someone who is not flawed.
Are you really picky about other people?
Look to your self for the answers and maybe start a journal about how you would like your relationship life to be.
Be critical about yourself.
But always remember,things always happen when you least expect it and people show up our lives when we stop looking for them.
My advice to you would be to forget about a relationship, i would say for about 6 months and focus your energy on your job or something that is really important you.
Next thing you know men will be beating down the door hoping to go out with you.
Believe it or not that is a very simple answer, you don't need complications in your life.

But as i always say, you need to do whatever you feel is best for you, because inevitably you decide in the end.
