Maybe you can see that this is going nowhere since you are so defensive.

I would like to discuss "sadhana" with you, not "KY sadhana" (as you put it). I am wondering if you are not able to see that sadhana exists beyond the edges of your sheepskin mat, and it exists for many many other people as well as yourself. Again you make many presumptions and are quite condescending.

Thank you for providing a link to some copied information about turbans, which I am familiar with. I may have mentioned that I wanted to know what you, a "KY practitioner" felt about turbans. Do you have any of your own thoughts about this?
