Sadhana , done for 40days. Sadhana is the practice of early morning meditation and prayer


(through Mantra and chanting) After 40 days a new "habit is formed" and that habit is a wonderful combination of core strengthing exercise(1 hour) that promotes regularity, 1 hour of mantra chant (yes that increases the energetic field-there fore intuition, and spiritual connection (kinda the same thing actually), and then 1/2 hour of prayer- It has been a wonder ful experience. I high ly recommend to all who are wrestling with a change in their lives, and for those on a an intense spiritual path.
