I suggested YOU do a year of KY- and see what your experience is...simple

You sound very opinionated without ANY personal experience of KY-it is up to you to try before you speak

I have tried and I know from my own experience not from chatting with other practitioners

Study your anskrit- or play with A

Do Sadhana
Then have opinion

Certainly if you understand yoga as you say you do
