If I remember correctly, Sonne's psyllium is powdered psyllium husk...not whole husk (which is also a powder only not as fine)...so you only need to use 1 teaspoon of it per shake. 1 teaspoon whole husk psyllium=1 Tablespoon powdered psyllium. Your shakes are gelling up so fast because there is so much fiber in them...three times more than necessary! Do yourself a big favor and try using 1 teaspoon of the psyllium with 1 Tablespoon of bentonite...it goes down so much easier and is far less likely to back you up!
