Psyllium capsules won't work for bowel cleansing. Need to use the husks or whole ground psyllium and mix it with the liquid bentonite.

I mix my P and B in a small paper cup.I do not use a lot of water in the cup, just enough to make the P and B thin enough to drink. I just stir it a little to get the psyllium wet enough to drink and then chug it fast. Then I drink a lot of water after drinking the shake.
