P&B shakes
Good morning all.
I took my first P&B shake yesterday morning with straight spring water.
I made a "light" shake, with a tablespoon of Sonne's P and of B, not knowing how I would react to it.
I wasn't quick enough with consumption, it jelled up REALLY quickly, and I only was able
to get 3/4 of it down before it firmed to the consistency of cream of wheat.
I quit at that point. I quickly followed the shake with a full glass of water, and continued drinking all day.
These shakes leave a lot to be desired. I'm not sure If I have a candida issue,
so I've been off fruit since January. I'm affaid to add fruit juice thinking the juice will cause bloating.
Is there anyway of making the shakes more palatable? Is it really necessary to wait an hour
on either side of a shake to eat?
