I want to improve my digestion, energy, clarity of mind, level of happiness and to feel fitter and healthier. At the moment my energy levels are ok, as are my moods but my digestion is not good. I feel ok but not great; I know there is something not 100%. I eat plenty of fruits. Like I said my diet it excellent....fruits, vegs, sprouts, millet, brown rice, quinoa & some nuts/seeds. I exercise regularly too. In short, I should be in good health but the condition of my colon and its poor functions is holding me back.
