Holistic Horizons - Zule, Tracey & PTree again!!

Hi there,

Guys I am now real confused. I dropped a post to Andreas Moritz telling him of my situation and predicament. He recommends that I avoid all Bowel Cleanse protocols altogether. In addition, he suggests that I do a liver cleanse now. I have already tried one and it did nothing. I didn't even have a BM on the Sat morning. And I followed the protocol accurately and to the letter for the entire week. I just do not know where to turn now. I know that I need to cleanse my bowel as it is a mess and clearly functions very badly. I am guessing that I can't tolerate high levels of psyllium because I am so bunged up. Surely if I remain on the lower levels of the HH program and progress very slowly I will eventually be able to increase the dosages as I eliminate waste? Any suggestions. I am prepared to do anything now as I am tired of being tired!! I need the spring back in my step and the energy as I am off to Uni in Sept to do an MSc.

Zule - You said you took olive oil whilst on HH. Did you take this on its own or with the shakes? Also, when did you take it and how often? Thanks again.

PTree - My colonic hydrotherapist uses a closed system I think. It is one where the water comes in and the waste goes out of the same pipe. The waste goes away directly into the sewerage system. It is a proper colonic system I guess not like a colenema board which sits over the toilet. During the process I am unable to see what is coming out unless my therapist raises the tubing and shows me. She is adamant that almost always of late one side of my stools are grey whereas the rest is brown/green. It is very distinct!! She would not make this up I can assure you.
