Doctor tossed our my parasite!

Took the parasite I found to my Doctor, and he said well you really can't tell by looking what this is and he threw it away. Completely discounted my hard recovery work to retrieve the sucker. He had me do the lab stool testing, and from what I am reading that isn't necessarily going to show anything.

I am wondering why doctors don't believe this is possible, to be infected with parasites.

All signs point to YES you idiot, it was staring him in the face, with a digestive tract and everything. YUCK.
