Re: So what would be the ideal diet for someone that is B negative?

No one ever said life would be easy. But you can't ignore your body for long. As a O- non-secretor I have a list of foods my body won't tolerate as long as your arm. And they change all the time. One day I suddenly can't eat onions. Then a week later it is Ok for awhile. But the list always shrinks with time. Eating out is almost impossible. Unless I keep a bathroom within 5 minutes at all times for the next 6 hours. And if it doesn't come out, I may shoot up 10 lbs in a day. All from something as simple as the cook used 1 teaspoon of canola oil instead of olive oil.

That is why I keep checking forums like this. For new ideas to try. I have flushed my liver 4-5 times over the last year and gotten over 500 stones out, including big ones. Might not help, probably won't hurt. And people always point new ideas out. The email FAQ from yesterday pointed out Homozone. So I checked the archives, looked for a source on the web, and ordered some. Worth a try. I try lots of things. I bought and tried a Zapper a few months ago.

Some don't work out so well. I tried a chinese medicine doctor. When he saw my body's reactions to the standard herbs he kept saying "It can't do that!". Then my white blood count dropped and unusual blood results started coming back. So I am having a bone marrow test on monday. Still, got to keep trying. SOMETHING will work.
