Welcome to curezone! There is a great wealth of information here. The key to learning here is to read a little, absorb it, try it, and then learn a little more. So many people write that they are so overwhelmed by all this information!

OK--I know what Dr. Clark says and I agree 100% with what she says, but there are hundreds of posts here on this website written by people who jumped right in and did the Liver Flush first. (myself included) I have NEVER suffered any ill effects. I have only had positive results since day one. (You can read all my previous posts to let you know all my great results.) I can't remember exactly how many Liver Flushes I have done, but I continued flushing until I was stone free and then did a couple more just to make sure I had no more stones. (Yes, I had been diagnosed by a Dr. with gallstones.)


In between the flushes, I did parasite cleanses, several different colon cleanses, different kinds of enemas, took the Co-Q-10, and purchased not one, but two zappers. (My daughter got my 1st one-Ha)
I would tell you to order a zapper and begin using it immediately.

I would also tell you to take the Epsom Salts . I would always take it during the liver flush, but did you know that magnesium is SO NEEDED by your body that I now take about 1/2 teaspoon every day.

Just know that any questions you have, (no matter how silly you think they are) just ask. There will ALWAYS be someone who will know the answer. We are a support group here and we LOVE new people!!
