Thanks, Jani, for your reply. I have already decided to complete the kidney cleanse, I am already two weeks into it and will complete it before moving on to the H.Clarke liver cleanse, hoping this will help with my menopausal symptoms.
I can understand the idea about getting rid of parasites first. But I am hesitant to do the zapping now ( although a friend loaned me Beck's zapper), because I read in the directions to absolutely stop all supplements incl. herbs while zapping. I am presently taking herbs, vitamins, minerals, and homeopathic remedies to help me with hotflashes, heart palpitations and related sleep problems. I am afraid if I stop them for a month, I'll be a real mess.
Perhaps I could do a herbal parasite cleanse instead the zapper, what do you think?
This may sound dumb, but what do you mean by "never clean your blood first?" I have not even thought so far as cleaning my blood at all.
