The Epsom Salts

The dilate the ducts of the Gallbladder and liver and help expel the stones and sludge so it is important part of the protocol. I think others may use magnesium citrate or something.

I've been having gallbladder attacks since I was 15 and since I've started the liver/GB cleansing they have subsided substantially. Between Flush #2 and #3 I was having an unusual attack, the pain came on very fast, so my immediate reaction was to take an ES drink instead of my usually extra strength Tylenol (4-6 normally). The pain stopped immediately, the result was in 5hrs, I had diarrhea, which for me was not all that bad in comparision to the past. The attacks would have me up all night, and I would lose a day from being so tired.

Before I did my first flush, I was very hesitant about the Espsom Salt drink and had to mentally prepare. I'm not going to lie to you, it tastes awful, kinda like a straight tonic that you can buy in the pop/soda section, but it works well.

Hope this helps.
