Can I skip parasite cleanse and do liver flush?

About a year ago my naturopath had put me on a liver cleanse ( a tincture containing milk thistle, burdock, dandelion, and other herbs). Success has been only moderate, as it only reduced, but did not eliminate menopausal hot flushes and heart palpitations, which I have in spite the use of natural estrogen/progesteron cream and many other supplements which cost me a small fortune. So I decided, without the naturopath's approval, to follow Hulda Clark e's kidney and Liver Flushes (he sais the Liver Flush could get me into the hospital...).
I am 2 weeks into her kidney cleanse, while still taking my old liver cleanse tincture. (Had stopped liver cleanse when starting kidney cleanse, but menopausal symptoms worsened, so added liver cleanse again). Because of my symptoms I am anxious to move on to H. Clarke's olive oil and lemon juice liver cleanse, and would like to skip the parasite cleanse and zapper, unless it would harm me to skip them.
I have been taking olive leave extract and also pumpkin seed oil for at least a year, both of which are supposed to deal with parasites.
I am thiking of using the zapper AFTER the liver cleanse,when my by then hopefully cleaner liver will allow me to follow the recommendation of stopping all herbs and supplements while zapping. Then I might do another liver cleanse, if the first one did not kill me. Could someone advise me if these steps make sense?
Also, I am a little worried about taking Epsom Salt internally and would like to skip it, provided this is not causing extra problems.
