My test looked like I won't need the surgery but have not seen the surgeons yet.I'm in Parkland Hospital in Dallas and things go a little slow.I'm sure they'll still remove the appendix tho and that's okay for it seems it was what sent me there in the first place for the weeks stay in June.Then they tought it was abcess on appendix but then decieded it looked more like a perferation and leakage from my colon so the test to be sure they were going to do the right operation.County hospitals can be kinda slow but at least it beats nothing and we can kinda afford the copayments and such.I don't really know when the diverticular disease started getting me.It kinda seemed to show up all at once but then I'v been on pain meds for 4 yrs so could have been ignoring the pain.I use to be good at it but now it seems{at 51}that I don't take pain as well as I use to.I asked for a diverticular they gave but nobody goes there and I thought it would be a valid forum,the prayer request worked.Would you like to move over to that one?
