Thanks for the mention of trying smaller meals Dot. I do tend to eat more at times due to being alone again. I sure hope you don't have to have part of your colon removed ; it would be bad. I ahd a colonoscopy a year ago and it was pretty good.Do you use lubricant to help pass large BM's? It has helped me.Are you alone too? I'm 47 and in failry good health, but I think my lonliness had been part of the reason I eat large meals at times. I know the colon is one ofthe most important organs and it is a key to good health.Can cleasing and or meds help the diverticulitis? Sitr fry and brown rice has also given me problems and quite large wide BM's. Hope you post back soon. J
