I have been following this for about 6 months. I have purchased a bottle (1 gallon) of distilled water from a gentleman in CA. I noticed a difference in taste. I did a blind test with my wife and she could tell the difference from our reverse osmosis filtered tap water. The question I have is could anybody tell me of any lab tests done showing the difference in the celullar structure and other properties. I am not a chemist. The man we bought our water from has used his for three years and was a big help
