I have been thinking about purchasing this product for some time, but have been wanting more detailed, experiential knowledge about the product. Your dialogue has provided a very balanced view and understanding of the product. Thanks SO much for posting this to benefit the others. You are much appreciated! I don't know that we are ready or prepared to take on the self-ingenuity to manage this machine...bummer. Hopefully the company will respond to negative aspects of their product and improve themselves and their customer service to reach out to "would-be" customers like myself. God Bless..... Tweet
