Im doing just Liver and parasite Cleanses right now. Ive only done 7 cleanses now, so there is no notable improvement yet. But I've got out many stones... anywhere from the size of a grain to the size of a grape. I know that it will take atleast a dozen cleanses before I see improvement in my health. Still many stones clogging up my liver/gallbladder.

Just be patient, and make sure she stops drinking. Alcohol has never helped anyone, infact, it does quite the opposite.
