B&P shakes are bentonite and psyllium
The way I like to make
Bentonite & psyllium shakes is as follows:
Put a little bit of lemon in a tall cup (1 tsp or so)
Put in a hint of stevia (it only takes a hint, it's so sweet)
Fill the cup half way with boiled water.
Top off the cup with cold water.
Put in 1 tablespoon liquid bentonite.
Put in 1 rounded teaspoon ground psyllium husk.
Stir briskly and drink immediately before it has a chance to set up too much in the cup.
Follow with a cup of lukewarm water (half hot, half cold).
What do B&P shakes do? Well, if Tracey doesn't chime in here, please post again with a subject line specifically asking for her, as I think she has a link for somewhere that explains it real well. Briefly, psyllium acts like a brush to clean out your colon as it passes through. Bentonite, I'm not exactly sure on but from what I understand it somehow absorbs toxins and ushers them out of the body through the colon.
As for sex life, I've not noticed anything different between me and my beloved husband. Only thing is I'm a bit cranky for the first few days of the cleanse, especially if I don't get sufficient sleep, so I get kinda "don't touch me, I gotta sleep!"
I'm at the end of day 3 of my 2nd cleanse (did my first
Master-Cleanse last month but had to cut it short at 7 days coz we were going skiing, then I was eager to re-try for 10 days). I would urge you to go past 3 days if you can. Three days is barely long enough to get over the urge to eat solids. Day 4 or 5 seem to be when it gets easier.
