Well, I do only work the muscle group once a week, say lower body on monday and upper body on thursday, abs 2/3 times a week. Plus some cardio. I was just wondering if 4 days recovery time was normal, or excessive. My trainer said it was normal. Anyway, once I am regularly training every week, the soreness isn't AS bad. My trainer also said that most people don't really get sore because they don't push themselves hard enough. I go for the burn baby! heh heh
