What I have felt since I have come back from my NDE is that Love is the frequency that is Life giving. If you think about it, Love has the Sphere 'o' in it. The Sphere of Light is where I went in my experience. The word Life has a 'i' which is our individual expression of Love. The 'i' represents our spine.
Anything that cultivates life and makes us thankful to be alive is Love. Anything that makes us regret life or is life taking is not Love. Is it the devil, which spells 'lived' backwards; just as evil spells live backwards. Interesting - huh?
