I recommend you stop eating dairy altogether, along with strictly limiting or excluding meat. At least for several months. Milk produces mucus in the body, and contains proteins that putrify in the body, as well as sugars that cause bacteria to produce terrible smells. Definitely one step towards reducing or eliminating bad Body Odor is eliminating the dairy. It's bad for you, no matter what.
