Doing Number 2's 4 or 5 times a week would put you in the quite seriously constipated category. An ideally healthy person evacuates a MINIMUM of twice per day, and better still 3 times, once after each meal, full sized, well formed poopies, there should be no pushing or straining, your bowels should do all the work for you, and the healthier you are the less odour there will be.
I think your current state of constipation is of great concern, and probably a big part of your odour problem. Keep liver flushing, it is the best! But keep in mind, that you won’t get best results without cleansing your bowels and establishing a good regular evacuation schedule. Someone else mentioned psyllium and
Bentonite shakes, this would be a great idea! If you can tolerate it, some cayenne, capsules or tincture, would help cleansing too. All info about that is in the bowel cleansing forum.
Enemas don’t hurt, nor do colonics, they make you feel good! But you need deeper cleansing, enemas and
colonics only treat the large intestine, the shakes will deal with everything. Massaging your lower belly in a clockwise motion every day will also help get things moving.
Read up on mucoid plaque, it’ll make you think!
Also, probably irrelevant, but I know eating onions can cause some people to smell a bit farty.
Another thing, try a fragrance free deoderant crystal rather than a supermarket style deoderant, it will allow your lymph glands to function properly, unlike other deodorants (even so called healthy aluminium free ones). You could use essential oils on the dip in front of your collar bone (near shoulder) if you want some fragrance around there, it works!
Overall, consider this odour problem a blessing in disguise, because getting your health on track at your age will be the greatest gift you can give yourself, and there will be plenty of cosmetic benefits too!
Good luck!!
