that makes me feel better to know you tried the calm mag powder and had problems too. i tried it one night and it was awful. i also thought i was crazy because it really helps most people. i have found out since i am really sensitive to alot of different supplements and therefore try and take herbs as they don't bother me and are full of nutrients. the only thing is i have to take quite alot of them. i find that liquid ones are more highly absorbed, but i prefer capsules. leslie
