Hi Monica,
No other foods which will duplicate the same Energy Release as the Lemon and Blackstrap molasses combination.

The best Alkalizing vegetable is Brussel sprouts, then Broccoli and cabbage and onions and green beans, then Celery and carrots, and beets and those of the same familys as the above.

There are Herbs that are much more alkalizing, like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and clove, but they are not a food as something you would want to fill up on, but just use them as a seasoning.

It would be very helpful for you to take some good quality Kelp, say maybe a teaspoon several times a day to provide your body a supply of trace minerals which you will not get from your other food!! I like the Norwegian kelp in powder form from vitaglo.com , as it seems to work, but you may use any kind which has high Iodine content.
If it does not have high Iodine content, then it will not work as well!!
