My journey to health by Suzanne T. LOL!


1. I "jerry rigged" a psyllium/bentonite cleanse together for one week, using herbs I mixed with stuff from the Health Food store. Reason: wanted to test out whether I could really do these Bentonite shakes and what was it like to "cleanse". I had profound results that proved to me that mucoid plaque exists and it can be removed, using these protocols, even with my hodge podge of herbs! Also, I didn't think I could survive on a vegan diet and fruit juice makes me shakey. So I had to ease into this. I drank heavy spirulina type greens about 6 times a day instead of the fruit juices recommended. I used LivingFuel as my survival drink. I didn't drink fruit juice until I started Schulze, about 30 days later.

2. Purchased a 30 day Arise and Shine Bowel cleanse, along with Dr. Anderson's 2 books on Clean and Purify Thyself. (This is a serious amount of reading, great pictures and incredible education). That forced me to go vegan. This cleanse was a real huge learning experience and just opened up allot of doors.

I want to do another Arise and Shine Bowel Cleanse in the spring.
It is a very effective, deep bowel cleanse. I think it's more effective than the Schulze one. But you really have to want to do it! Your intestines are so full of clay you can not exercise. You can only walk, but no rebounder etc. You are taking the bowel herbs 5 times a day. It is awesome.

2.1 I started skin brushing for the first time in my life. This is a requirement of the Arise and Shine cleanse. I've been doing it now for over 2 months. It feels so good!

2.2 I bought a bottle of Bach's Walnut Essence and have a "willingness to change" ceremony each morning when I take my walnut drops. Bottle is almost empty now.

2.3 I started juicing using my blender and squeezing with cheese cloth, to try and get the organic sodium from Celery etc. I also stopped all my supplements from the Health Food store!

3. Reading here at curezone: I decided to switch over to Schulze for my liver/ parasite and kidney cleanses. So I purchased his 30 day detox kit and did that for 2 weeks (stacked the liver/p cleanse on top of his bowel cleanse; same with kidney cleanse).

4. At the same time I bought my water distiller and an Omega 8003 juicer. So I started "real" juicing with the Schulze liver detox.
(about a month ago) That's about when I met each of you!

5. After the 2 week liver and kidney cleanse I've continued the Schulze daily rhythm of
a. Tall glass of distilled water
b. lemon/lime cayenne flush w/tall glass of distilled water
c. Yogi kidney detox tea (pour 9 bags out in water the nite before with organic green tea leaves ) and then heat w/Stevia and drink during the day. Also spike it with Chai spices and herbs.
d. Apple juice (2 grannies), 2 TBS SuperFood, 1/2 cup frozen Trader Joe organic blueberries, 1 inch fresh ginger root, cayenne and water.
e. 10 AM stop all fruits.
f. 11 am large veggie juicing: 2 carrots, kale (1 bunch a day) or spinach, 1/2 beet, 3-4 stalk celery, cayenne 90K and NO WATER.
Thanks to Bob, I chew my juice. It tastes so good! and I can feel it in about 15 minutes.

Sometimes I make another veggie juice in the afternoon.

g. I make a stock of grass fed beef bones or Rocky back and neck bones...simmer for 3 days with some vinegar to draw out the calcium and minerals. I use that stock to make soup out of the pulp from my veggie drink, mix with fresh veggies and lots of Indian spices, curry etc. Jalapeno peppers etc. I heat this on stove lightly and then blend on the grate button in my Osterizer. I prefer the chunky tecture of this high fiber Indian delight. YUMMMMY and this is my ultimate comfort food. I also think this high fiber is critical for bowel detox daily. This is the only place where I differ from Schulze strongly. He says to juice and throw the pulp in the compost. I eat the pulp later in the day. I do a "soup" with my apple pulp (pour some of the morning drink on the pulp) and eat it 30 minutes later. Apple pectin is so good for us. and who knows what's in those skins? I really think there's allot to be said for eating "whole" foods...not just parts.

h. In the evenings I drink Mt. Capra Goat Whey with 2 TBS of lecithin. I learned about this from Dr. Anderson. While he is a vegetarian, possibly a vegan, he does use and encourage drinking Goat Whey to alkaline the body. This drink is so comforting. It's better than a cup of Hot Chocolate. I have since read from MH, that lecithin helps rid us of food cravings. Anyway, it is a wonderful drink to have about 7 or 8 pm.
I also snack on raw almonds. I always have my flax/coconut treats in the evening for my final hit of fiber.

i. Take 3 Fm. 1 every night and plan to take this for a couple years.

H. Daily chew Junniper Berries to help dissolve the uric acid etc. in my kidneys.

ATTITUDE: Every morning when I create my day, I describe how the toxins are evacuating my body and I'm getting healthier every day.
When I chew my juice, I think about how the nutrients will be in my cells within 15 minutes helping the cells to strengthen. etc.

I've order and received from Chris another Schulze liver and kidney cleanse and all the stuff for the 2 day Schulze kidney stone dissolve bit.
I think I'll do a Clark Liver Flush or 2 before the next Schulze kidney cleanse.

So I think that's it. Meeting all of you and reading here at Curezone has been instrumental in exposing me to all these new ideas and then the 'how to put them into practice".


My next step is to make my own tinctures. I already made the
Schulze Super Tonic on the full moon.
