Re: Pale stools

clay-colored stools means low bile, yep! are you eating very low-fat meals?

Stools are colored by Bilirubin, which is what the liver creates when it filters dead red blood cells out of circulation. The liver gets rid of bilirubin by flushing it out with bile. A lack of bilirubin would indicate no bile, perhaps due to a blocked bile duct that is preventing bile to escape.

Ideally, stools should be a medium reddish brown.

Try taking in a tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil 3x a day for a bit to help the Liver Flush itself and schedule a Liver Flush sometime in the near future.
