Re: SHELLEYCAT!

Shelleycat, do you think this protocol would be good for most of us here? Honestly, I need help. I just got my books but obviously can't read them fast enough. I feel like crap. I just ate a bowl (1/4 cup) of Quinoa with some cinnamon and a little stevia. That's all I ate. Right now I am feeling "out of breath." I get this a lot. For lunch I was going to make some alfredo "pasta" using nuts for the sauce base (macadamia and pine-soaked) and then zucchini as the pasta. My problem is I eat pretty good during the day but when dinner time comes and then after dinner is when I eat bad stuff usually. By the way I'm still sticking with the MSM. My bowels are moving better, although I only had 1 BM yesterday but I think it's from my interrupted schedule (working full-time for coworker). So far I've had 1 BM today. I'm thinking maybe my constipation was partly caused by the MSM causing Candida die-off. You think? I haven't bought the primal defense yet but I am planning on it next week when I get paid. I know I desperately need a probiotic. I plan to get Co-Q10 also but it has to be ordered so maybe by the end of next week I'll have it. I have yet to get a yeast free B-complex but that is on my list also. I am the type of person that needs to physically have a plan laid out or else I will deviate from it. I just printed out that food list from garcia's post to put on the fridge but I also need to completely plan out my meals or else I will get lazy or not have an ingredient and then eat whatever is in the fridge. Eat morning I tell myself ok, today is the today I get serious and strict with myself but it still isn't happening. And I feel lousy. *sigh*
