Thanks! I am going to whip up a pot of stew and that way when I am searching for something quick it will be in the fridge already! You know, I didn't even think to add any oil to my Quinoa! Duh! I think that would have been much better. I love olive and flax! Shame on you for using the microwave........bad Shelleycat! *smile* I know what you mean though. I haven't used our microwave in a long time. I put everything on the stove now and honestly it doesn't take that much longer. It just seems like it. I don't think I've ever ate a sweet potato. Is it the same as a yam or is that different? How do you eat it, with oil or ghee? What do you eat it with, veggies? I'm pretty sure I've seen brown rice products. I mentioned this in another post but what do you think about Hulda Clark saying brown rice is too moldy and to eat white rice instead? I think she mentiones using citric acid powder to get rid of the mold but I think this would be bad for us Candida people. I don't follow her protocols really except the liver flush, but thought it would be worth mentioning. HA! Martha Stewart of healthy eating! Someday maybe!
