something that works really well against sugar/carb cravings is coconut oil. Cook with it or eat it neat. Long story short it stabalises blood Sugar (as well as being one of the healthiest foods on the planet).
I used to get cravings every evening especially in winter. Not any more. I just cook with coconut oil.
It seems to me the killing the candida bit isn't doing you much good at the moment. Perhaps you should approach the issue the other way and strengthen your body - e.g. bowel cleanse, liver-cleanse etc.
As Shelleycat says candida is only a symptom of an underlying condition (e.g. organ weakness). Adressing the symptom only can be exhausting for the body and put us into a never-ending circle where nothing works and the candida only gets stronger.
