I can really help you, most of what you find in this Candida Forum is BS as people really doesn't know why they have candida in their bodies. Candida is not a big issue, candida can clear totally from your body in 3 months but that is not the problem. I can really help you I had same symptoms you had and even worse and I finally found the light and the end of the tunnel. It is not an easy path but it is the only one.
