Quite a thread on acid/alkaline over on page 25 of this forum. That thread was specific to candida. I found an article that is more general in scope. Here is an excerpt:
"All foods that leave your stomach are acidic. Then they enter your intestines where secretions from your pancreas neutralize the stomach acids.
