I think I know why!
Thanks a lot, guys!!! Wow, what a support!
I read every message of course and :
*I don't eat MSG, I'm very sensitive to this one and hate asian food.
*I believe I drink too much water sometimes, plus tea and compot I make myself from organic fruits.
* Nope, I won't have enemas just now, almost at 5 months though I flushed liver once and going to do it again soon.
* Fish oil sounds very interesting!!
* Because my blood pressure doesn't go both directions I quit drinking coffee and any coff. beverage. I never drank coke anyway, why to start now :))
You wouldn't believe what helped me this time..The retired cardiologist, after listening to my whining about headaches, numb hands in the morning and so on said that it's not "because I'm pregnant" as my doctor suggested sweetly but sounded like neck osteohondrosis. She said it was nothing to do with uteris pressure on nerves and vessels at this stage and asked how I was sleeping! Geez, why nobody asked me that at doc's office?
She said to stop nesting around the house with different pillows on different beds and find my old one I used always. Then- exercises for neck and fresh air. The first night I slept on my 1 ONLY pillow instead of harem looking lounge was amazing. I woke up for the first time with no headache, my hands worked and my blood pressure was absolutely perfect.. Yes, I read the other day that hormonal changes affects the vasocular system in a strange way, causing "uneven" dilation. This explanation suits me more than "because you are pregnant" thing. After all, there is a sound explanation to everything, right?
