Hi, I know this is a health forum, but I had to post what worked for me. If after you try all the above and still cannot find relief, then here is what I did. Since I do not drink caffeine regularly, when I got a headache, a true headache which is a constriction of the blood vessels in brain, then I would drink a caffinated soda, just one would do the trick, the caffine is supposed to open the blood vessels so the blood can travel smoothly again. Most of the time this worked for me, not a "healthy" solution, but I use it every pregnancy instead of taking tylenol or motrin. Good luck
