Horrible headaches..18 weeks

Maybe somebody can advise me not even why but what to do with headaches? I'm 18weeks pregnant and the headaches come seldom but rather intense, long and painful. Till now I could cope with no pills but it's getting worse.
I am strongly against Tylenol though 0.5-1 pill they told me woun't harm..Nobody is familiar with paracetamol or analgyn here so I'm just trying to survive.
My doctor said the course was a pregnancy ( very cute, isn't it?) so....any ideas what can I do?

ps: sometimes i have high blood pressure with my headaches sometimes it's normal. Tweet
