Re: I see no Future.....

Hi Mo, I think that eczema is different for everyone who suffers from it. Different factors trigger breakouts for different people. For me, I know that stress is definitely a factor, as it may also be for you. You sound very stressed out, which is understandable. It is such a vicious cycle. The breakouts stress you out, which in turn triggers more breakouts. But besides the stress there is probably some other cause for your eczema. When you combine this factor with stress it is a recipe for disaster. Perhaps a food you're eating, or something you come in contact with at work or home. For me, I work in a restaurant, and when I wore rings to work, it caused eczema only under the ring. But, if I got really stressed out about something in my life, I would break out all over. If I don't wear rings to work, its not so bad and usually goes away until stress triggers another episode. You have to figure out what is causing your eczema. It may be a long and difficult process, but well worth the effort in the end! Have you noticed any patterns (after you eat a certain food, it gets worse etc..). Keep a journal to help you remember.

Have you thought about doing a bowel cleanse? I am on day 3 of The Master Cleanse (lemonade diet) in hopes that it will help my eczema. I don't know if it will work or not, but I'm giving it a shot because nothing else has gotten rid of it completely. If nothing else, hopefully it will make me just feel better in general. Good luck to you.
