I think it will rid the parasites from the body internally.

Externally, I think that you should soak in a hot, hot tub of water with 5 cups of Epsom Salt (ask your pharmacy), along with a half a cup of iodize salt (regular table salt ). I think this will work due to osmotic pressure. I think the bugs will sort-of crenate: the water in sides of the bugs cells will leave; this will cause it to die. Soak for 20 -uninterrupted -minutes. Don't forget to soak your hair too.

If you are a man, cut your hair down to 3mm, or 1/8in. Shave your entire body. Try to remove all body hair. Every one living with you must do this. It is up the girl how short she wants to cut her hair.
Go and get a bottle of tea tree oil and every morning ( one, or two drops only ) rub this full strength in to your hair. Leave it in all day, too. It has a pleasant smell and seems to fade through out the day. For the body, I would mix four drops of Tea tree oil with any oil available in the house. So you can spread the Tea tree oil all over your body. Tea tree oil is strong, so don't over use it. You can do this for a week and then drop to once a week for several months.

Clean all your laundry at a laundry mat. When you go to dry your laundry, dry all your clothing for an hour. No less! This will kill the eggs. Bag up any items that may hold bugs, or eggs. Vacuum the carpets, and spray surface of your bed with tea tree oil and water. For your pillow, purchase the child, or allergy pillow case: they are plastic and zip up. They only cost $1.00. This is hard to sleep on for a few says, but is so important.
