I think swishing with hydrogen peroxide would do the trick. Also baking soda and water can be a good thing to swish with.
Please be careful with whatever you try internally though, and kittywinters had a good point about the ES baths - I feel bad that I didn't think that that might strain you to do so long. Sometimes after getting out of the bath one can feel a bit lightheaded so be careful. Just try to listen to your body.
Also, staying hydrated is a good idea. You don't want to throw off your elecrolytes so I recommend reading about the "water cure" on this site. This can be very healing especially as your body is trying to deal with whatever these critters are.
