I Have A Skin, Eye, Mucus Parasite!!

Please help me. I have an infestation, eggs are blood/rust red, sticky, caustic, and appear in my stool, menstrual blood, out my skin in what I thought was bad acne; the bugs themselves are small like fleas, doctors say they are lice (yes they are in my head, eggs under the skin beneath scabs, tough to remove due to stickiness) Rid and Nix do NOT work; don't know how long I have had them; recently very bad - also, am an intravenous drug user, could I have picked up some eggs in my cocaine??

PLEASE HELP ME!!
