thanks so much for your response. i really just don't like the taste. i had to reduce the cayenne just a little because it was setting my mouth on fire. I'm not sure why i don't like the taste because i love lemons and maple syrup. maybe it's just the combo that doesn't sit right with me. i'm determined to keep trying though. i have a pretty serious health condition and am on a few medications so i think if i can do this it will help me out. i'm just concerned about the fact that i'm not having any BM's. i've read that you should have 3-4 a day and i only had 1 in the past 3 days. i hope i do start to see some benefits soon. it would certainly hel motivate me.
