Re: severe back pain after 2 hours of sleep 1 year now

I am just a physical therapist, i hear your problem and it sounds like your losing hope,tell you the truth i have the problem in my back for almost 6 months and im still wearing braces,applying proper posture, but the problem of radiating of lowback to feet is vanished,you know im still young 25 year old but when i experienced that pain,upon wake up then walking,im look old coz my body is not in proper posture to compensate for pain, william flexion exercise is not the solution,im sure that im too young for those knowledgable Doctor you consulted but because we are all unique talents,Do you believe in positive thinking or Jesus,Here is my solution to the problem all problem existed in our body is mainly in our mind,almost 90% is our subconconscious influenced which function to restored our memory in the past and almost Negative, like we almost intertain our pain to our self in to other in which worsen our problem, we anticipate what will happen tom,Fear and doubt added risk to your pain,Jesus tell that i am the truth and the light,God will make a way when theres is no way,i always be there for you,do you believe that each in eveyone of us is impt. to god! what you feel rite now is also god shared with our pain! It sounds like im a preaching but the truth is that im a therapist also and i know the cause,patholgy, of every disease but thats offer no solution. Yes i take drugs like celebrics,hmp,adequate sleep 8hrs,proper posture,lumbar support,tens&exercise but the true treatment i take is awareness Jesus,affirmation,Faith,sense of homur, hope,acceptnce& surrender to NOW. did you know what miracle JESUS did to the blind,leprosy,paralyze,evil posses,job problem in old testament He said the I fear comes upon me, and what i dread befalls me.So what are your Fear?surrender yourself to God ANd he said cast yourself upon me those who are heavnly laden,come to me all of you who are tired and carring heavinly load,But how? well just talk to him like a friend express yourself,anger,insecurity,doubt! Jesus i am tired, im in pain, im afraid God you said every thing is posible you no matter how impossible tou us! Please help me according to your will,Do you know god is mercifull,he is cryng too for you,just believe in him and WAIT
