Re: Cortizone Injections..Experiences please!

I have spinal stenosis in my lower back. I could hardly walk, finally I decided to go for the cortisone injections.

It helped right away. I went three more times. The last time I told the anesthesiologist the lower shot helped more and so he did another one a little lower.
It worked out well. A few months ago I thought I might have to go back.

I asked Andreas Moritz for suggestions. Liver and bowl cleansing is important. But he said back problems have a lot to do with stress and emotions.
He suggested that I buy some prints from his paintings.
I did and they hang above my desk, so I look at them when I am at the computer.

I am sure it will be always a weak spot, but it is better than surgery.
