I don't think your insomnia was caused by
vitamin C, especially since you're no longer
taking it.I get a good night's sleep every
night, and I take 14 grams of vitamin C each
day.

I think there's a good chance that you're
chronically dehydrated. Thirst is no indicator
of dehydration. Most American adults are
chronically dehydrated, and it causes a vast
array of illnesses and degnerative conditions,
including insomnia.

Your body is about 70 percent water, but your
brain is 95 percent water. If your brain is
badly dehydrated, then you're going to have all kinds of problems.

If you were my daughter, and you valued my
advice, here's what I would suggest to you.

1) Become a vegetarian, who eats mostly living foods; organic whenever possible.

2) Banish coffee, soda-pop, and alcohol from
your diet. Caffeine and booze promote chronic
dehydration. A hangover is your brain's cry
for water.

3) Drink at least 3 quarts of pure water
each day. In summer, drink more. Over the
course of the day, mix into the water a
total of one-half teaspoon of sea-salt.
That comes to about 3 or 4 grams. I use the
little white scoop from Bronson, to measure
the sea-salt. One scoop in the early morning,
one at noon, and one in the evening.

If you don't add pure salt to your daily
ration of water, your body won't be able to
use the water properly. DO NOT use ordinary
table salt from the supermarket!

4) Stop taking all those drugs. They will
poison your body and your mind.

5) Do some intestinal cleanses to clean out
the toxic debris that probably lines your
intestines: colon, liver, kidney, and parasite cleanses. Once your system is clean,
and you're eating good food and pure water,
your health problems should disappear, including the insomnia.
