Re: Wow! You should post this on the
liver flush forum, too.
Dear Owen,
well if you are able copying my post into the liver flush forum feel free to do so.
I did not keep the stinky awkard waxy huge stone - because pictures of my face before and after flushing will be a lot more convincing. Believe me.
There are already a lot of people who do flushing encouraged by me.
My insight: Well - no wonder I have a doctor degree in veterinary medicine and earn my living with writing all sorts of texts about human medicine and biotechnology. With this background I could shot a bullet into my head if I were not able understanding all interactions in the body and the role of the liver for the entire organism. And frankly speaking - the medical textbooks and in particular pharmaceuticals are NOT telling the truth. This I see now very clearly.
Stones:
Stones are in my opinion only one good part of liver flushing. The other side of the coin is the interruption of the enterohepathic cycle by means of flushing e.g. all poisons metabolized by liver for elimination are not reabsorped in the lower parts of the intestine. This brings huge relief for the metabolism. And therefore liver flushingis good for anybody because of our very toxic environment. My opinion!
Liver fluhing is great. No doubt about this. But I really want to emphazise, that detoxifying your body is more than colon kidney and liver cleanses. This needs to be stressed.
I used apple pectin, alpha lipoic acid, DMSA, coffee enemas, took many ginger baths, espom salt baths, did skin brushing and quit consuming milk products, fish and meat.
It is a long way. It takes discipine and faith. Without these many success stories posted in curezone I never would have been able to continue because I had setbacks and moments I felt, this cleansing is a big nonsense.
That is the reason why I posted my story in the hope to encourage other people.
Thanks for your nice comment.
Take care
Hildegard
