Well, I did 12 liver flushes so far. The periods between flush 3 to 10 where full of setbacks. I had times my skin was so dry that I really looked years older. Most symptoms returned - I had real healing crises, before they subsides and disappeared.

I have no idea on how bad your health state was neither about your reasons for flushing. But I can tell from my own experience that if you were feeling very bad you simply have to be patient and go on cleansing your body even if it seems sometimes that things are getting worse.

Detoxifying is a real hard job for the body, but sooner or later you will see the end of the tunnel.

I made a list of symptoms one year ago and would say this list helped me a lot. It keeps me motivated because the list of symptoms makes me aware what has improved. And this is a lot.

Maybe Andreas will be able to tell you more.
