hi i been for 6 colonics and i can tell you that its perectly fine. it is well administered by a professional and if you find a colonists whom you are comfortable with, you can even chat and joke during the process. i have never done an enema though i have one kit at home , i am more apprehensive about enema than colonic because for enema, there are no professionals around...so if you can make it through an enema, colonics are a breeze..thats what i think Tweet
